15 Days Refund / Exchange Policy

At Dials.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return & exchange process.

  Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  Watches that are used, scratched, resized, or unwrapped will not be accepted (except in valid defect cases).

  Delivery charges are non-refundable.

How to Return or Exchange:

1. Repack the Parcel
